1. Order Cancellation & Modification Window
Store: Alliumcompany understands that customers may occasionally need to adjust an order shortly after it has been placed.
To balance customer flexibility with operational efficiency, a clearly defined and strictly enforced adjustment window is applied.
Customers may request a cancellation or modification within a strict four (4) hour period immediately following successful order submission.
This limited timeframe aligns with the initiation of automated processing, production preparation, and fulfillment workflows.
Requests submitted within this window must be made promptly and clearly.
Accepted request methods include submitting a support request through the “Contact Us” section on our website or sending a direct email to our support team.
All requests must clearly include the order number
and specify the exact cancellation or modification being requested.
Eligibility is determined solely by the timestamp recorded when the request is received.
Requests submitted after the four-hour window will not be accepted, regardless of reason or circumstance.
Once the adjustment window has expired, the order is considered to have entered a non-interruptible stage of processing or preparation.
At this stage, Store: Alliumcompany cannot guarantee or accommodate:
Order cancellations
Product modifications, including size, color, quantity, or variant changes
Shipping method or fulfillment changes
If an order proceeds toward shipment due to a delayed request, the customer remains responsible for the full purchase amount.
Any further action must follow the applicable return or exchange policies, including potential return shipping costs.
2. Shipping Address Accuracy & Customer Responsibility
Successful delivery depends entirely on the accuracy of the shipping information provided at checkout.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all delivery details are complete and accurate before submitting an order.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Street address and number
Apartment, suite, or unit number where applicable
City, state, and ZIP or postal code
Country
Customers are strongly encouraged to review all address details carefully prior to confirming their purchase.
Store: Alliumcompany is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurately entered address information provided by the customer.
If a shipment is returned as undeliverable due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment costs.
Company-funded redelivery is not provided in such cases.
If a package is lost, abandoned, or permanently undeliverable as a result of address inaccuracies,
Store: Alliumcompany is not obligated to issue a refund or replacement.
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been assigned,
delivery routes cannot be modified by Store: Alliumcompany.
Any post-shipment address change requests must be handled directly with the shipping carrier
and are subject to the carrier’s policies, limitations, and fees.
