1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe
Store: Alliumcompany aims to provide a fair, transparent, and consistent return process. Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date the order is received.
To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as when delivered. Returned products must be unworn or unused, show no signs of wear or damage, include all original tags, and be returned in the original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
Return requests that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for approval.
2. Approved Returns, Refunds & Product-Related Issues
Once a return request is approved and the returned item has been received and inspected, customers will be notified. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may apply unless otherwise specified.
Store: Alliumcompany supports returns or exchanges for issues that originate from our product or fulfillment process. These situations may include printing defects such as blurred images, color distortion, or output that does not match the approved design, spelling or embroidery errors caused during production, incorrect product color delivered compared to the order placed, or unusual stains, marks, or defects identified upon delivery. Other product-related issues may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair and reasonable resolution.
3. Non-Returnable Cases & Customer Responsibility
Products offered by Store: Alliumcompany may be produced based on customer-selected options or specifications. For this reason, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for issues that result from customer input or personal preference. This includes selecting an incorrect design or print option, choosing an incorrect size, or providing inaccurate spelling, text, or customization details during checkout.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product information, sizing details, and personalization inputs before completing an order. Responsibility for confirming the accuracy of submitted information rests with the customer at the time of purchase.
