Payment Methods
At Alliumcompany, we accept payments via PayPal and Venmo. All orders must be fully paid before they are processed or shipped.
Payment is required at the time of checkout. Orders will not enter production until payment has been successfully completed and confirmed. Since our products are personalized and made to order, production begins only after payment approval.
During checkout, customers will be redirected to PayPal or Venmo’s secure payment platform to complete the transaction. All payments are processed directly by PayPal or Venmo. The transaction will appear on your payment statement under PayPal or Venmo, depending on the method selected.
Once an order has been dispatched and a confirmation email has been sent, the payment is considered full and final for the items listed in the order confirmation. Any approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (PayPal or Venmo).
For security reasons, Alliumcompany does not collect, store, or process payment card or account information. All payment data is handled securely by PayPal and Venmo, and no payment details are shared with third parties.
